Through her coaching and consultancy business, Career Results, Tanaz empowers and assists people with achieving their career goals.

Knowing that a full career isn’t just about getting the job, Tanaz helps her clients in setting their goals for the future, coaches them through leaving a role, asking for a promotion, or looking for an entirely new career altogether. Tanaz aims to consult clients on finding their value and consolidating their existing skills through one-on-one coaching, working on interview skills, and resume workshopping.

After having a child of her own five years ago, Tanaz was drawn to supporting women wanting to re-enter the workforce. Knowing the challenges that women can face in career development and the different ways that men and women approach careers, she found that she could give women that extra confidence boost they needed after stepping out of the 9 – 5. Including equipping women with the tools and skills to assist them after a lifestyle change such as having children.
