Six new options. Lower admin fees.

We’re making changes to bring you a range of new ethical investment options. Here’s what’s new and what you need to do.

Overview

You asked for more choice and smarter growth options, and we’ve delivered. Big changes are coming soon to give you more flexibility across different risk profiles and life stages.

To make these changes, the investment structure behind the scenes of Verve Super (the Future Super Fund) is moving to the Smart Future Trust on 23 May 2025.

What’s happening 

  • A limited service period from 23 May – 2 June 2025, where transactions will be temporarily paused.

  • Your current investments will be mapped to new, comparable Verve Super options. 

What do you need to do?

  1. Share our new details with your employer to make sure you keep getting paid your super contributions.

  2. Take note of the limited service period (there will be no transactions during this time).

  3. Review the Significant Event Notice for all the nitty gritty details.

To keep everything running smoothly, follow these three simple steps.  

1. Email your employer

Our details are changing, and if you receive super contributions from your employer, they’ll need this new info. Send it to them now so they’re ready.

2. Take note of the limited service period

To bring you these benefits, we’re making some behind-the-scenes updates.

From 23 May to 2 June 2025, transactions will be temporarily paused, recommencing on 3 June 2025. During this time, you won’t be able to:  

  • Make insurance changes 

  • Update your details 

  • Contribute or withdraw funds 

Any contributions sent during this period will still be received and added to your account once the change is complete. 

Need to make changes before the transfer? Check the key dates 👇 and act early. Any requests after the deadline may take longer to process.

Key dates

  • 5pm AEST 19 May 2025 Contributions must be made by this date to ensure they are applied to your account prior to the limited service period.

  • 20 May 2025 Last day for all requests to withdrawal or rollover out to another fund prior to the limited service period.

  • 23 May 2025 Official fund transfer date, our employer payment details change on this date.

  • 23 May 2025 - 2 June 2025 Limited service period. No transactions will be processed. 

  • 3 June 2025 Processing of all transaction requests recommences at 9am AEST.

  • Early June Receive your Welcome Letter with the new fund details and Exit Letter confirming the transfer is complete!


3. Review the paper work

The Significant Event Notice (also known as a SEN, or Notice) outlines all the key changes.

You should have received it via email or post, but you can also access it here.

Take a look for: 

  • Changes to fees and costs (see page 9)

  • The new investment options (see page 13)

  • How your investments will transition (see page 14)

Make a cuppa and give it a read, so that you're informed on the nitty gritty details.
